Detroit has birthed some of the greatest singers in the world: Aretha Franklin, Anita Baker, Vanessa Bell- Armstrong, The Winans family and many others but there is something about The Clark Sisters - Jacky, Twinkie, Dorinda and Karen (sister Denise left the group in the mid 80's). The Gospel Cafe selected the Grammy winning group as thier artist of the month, several of thier hits songs will be played throught the month. The Clark Sister are winners of 3 Grammy awards this year including Best Traditional Gospel Album for Live: One Last Time.
